The best Raspberry Mojito recipe perfectly combines citrus, sweet, sparkle, and mint flavors to make a refreshing cocktail that can be savored all year. Plus Raspberry Peach Mojitos are a versatile drink recipe that can be enjoyed with any combination of fruit!

Peach mojito with raspberries
If you are familiar with MamaGourmand’s past drink highlights, you know fruit and alcohol are my jam. From a Raspberry Martini, Grapefruit Vodka Cocktail, Blueberry Maple Moscow Mule, and my Pear Ginger Vodka Drink, I have you covered for all seasons.
Mojitos, though, are a special essential classic cocktail I revisit time and again.
Mojitos are a Cuban drink traditionally consisting of rum, sugar, lime, mint, and soda water.
Muddling the mint, fresh lime, and sugar releases and blends the flavors. Top that with ice, rum, and soda water to make a bubbly, slightly sweet, and refreshing drink.
I discovered mojitos on our honeymoon in Costa Rica. We were at a small outdoor bar in Cahuita when I noticed we were the only ones not sipping a bubbly drink full of limes and mint.
After I got with the program and ordered one for myself, my first sip solidified how much I had been missing out on. Why had I wasted so much time not drinking mojitos?!
Can I substitute other fruit?
Raspberry Peach mojito pairs two bright, juicy flavors, but with this mojito recipe, the possibilities are endless. Just like a summer sangria recipe, you can change up the flavors by adding different fruits and combinations.
- Fresh or frozen mango chunks
- Fresh watermelon cubes
- Fresh, cut pineapple chunks
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Leave out the fruit and simple muddle lime and mint for a classic mojito
Can I substitute vodka?
Not a rum fan? No worries. Use vodka interchangeably in this recipe. It’s still just as damn good.
How to make this Mojito recipe in a pitcher
Hosting a crowd? Make entertaining easier by whipping up a large batch in a pitcher. Either mix the rum in the recipe or leave the alcohol out.
When the party peeps arrive give them the option to keep it as a mocktail or add as much booze as they like! (Within reason, obviously. Don’t let the party get ugly.)
- In a large pitcher muddle together 32 mint leaves, 1 cut lime, and 4 ounces simple syrup.
- Add 1 cup of rum and ice to the pitcher.
- Top with 1 liter soda water and give a brief stir.
- Garnish with more mint leaves and squeeze in more lime juice to taste.
How Do You Make Simple Syrup?
Don’t even think of buying simple syrup! It’s a crime that they even sell it. It takes 5 minutes to make it’s as simple as stirring sugar into water.
- Measure equal parts sugar and water in a small pot or a microwavable safe bowl. For instance, if you use 1/2 cup water, mix 1/2 cup sugar into it.
- Give the sugar and water a stir then heat either on stove or in microwave until the mixture is clear and sugar is dissolved. You do not have to necessarily bring it to a boil. Just heat it enough for the sugar to dissolve.
- Let simple syrup cool and use in drinks, such as these Raspberry Mojitos. Store the rest in a glass jar with a lid or an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
