Easy Chicken Stroganoff

Chicken Breast Onion | Butter  Chicken Broth White Mushroom Paprika | Onion Powder Dried Parsley Sour Cream All Purpose Flour

Saute the chicken and onions in butter.

Let's Make It!

Add the mushrooms and seasonings. Stir to combine, then add the broth.

Cook until the chicken is tender and then stir in sour cream mixed with flour.

Serve with butter noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Can i use frozen chicken?

Partially thaw the chicken first, enough to cut into 1 inch pieces, before adding it to the pressure cooker. The cooking time will remain the same, but it will take slightly longer to come to pressure.
