Put the eggs, zucchini, vanilla, and butter into a food processor. Process until smooth.

Add the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and flour. Pour the batter into pan and bake.

Beat together all of the peanut butter frosting ingredients. Spread on cooled brownies then drizzle melted chocolate frosting on top.
