Ingredients

Penne Pasta Italian Sausage Onion Green Pepper Garlic | Basil Oregano | Pepperoni Crushed Tomatoes

Cook the penne pasta. Meanwhile, cook the sausage and add in the pepper, onion, and garlic to cook together.

Let's Make It!

Add in the seasonings, tomatoes and chopped pepperoni and stir together. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Mix in the pasta and half of the cheese.

Top with remaining cheese and pepperoni slices. Broil for 1-2 and serve immediately.

For Dairy Free and Vegetarian Diets:

Instead of pepperoni pizza pasta, the meat may be omitted to save on calories or make this a vegetarian dish. Skip the cheese for diary free modifications.
