Ingredients

Bacon | Thyme Butter | Paprika Onion | Bay Leaf Garlic | Cornstarch Broth | Heavy Cream Frozen Corn Potatoes | Honey

In a large pot or dutch oven, cook the bacon until crisp, then set aside on a paper towel.

Let's Make It!

Add the butter to the pot and melt it. Then add in the onions and garlic and cook until soft.

Add in the potatoes, corn, broth and seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil. Then cover and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.

Use an immersion blender to blend partially blend and thicken the soup. Otherwise transfer some to blender to process.

Stir in the remaining ingredients, and serve with bacon. Enjoy!

Can I Make This Dairy Free?

Yes! For the butter, use a vegan, plant based butter or olive oil .For the heavy cream, replace with a dairy-free milk of choice or coconut milk.
