Stuffed mushrooms recipe are loaded with a creamy artichoke parmesan mixture. No will be able to resist this vegetarian, low carb, gluten-free appetizer!

Ingredients Needed:

Mushrooms Onion Artichoke hearts Cream Cheese Parmesan Sour Cream Garlic Salt

Prepare the mushroom caps by removing the stem. Place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Saute the chopped stems and onions with salt and pepper until tender.

Add the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, and garlic salt.

Stuff the mushrooms with the prepared filling. Sprinkle additional parmesan on top and bake for 16 minutes.

can I make stuffed mushrooms ahead of time?

Yes! Make up to 3 days ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake and serve!

What else can be added?

Use this recipe to make many variations. Add spinach, crabmeat, browned sausage, or top with breadcrumbs!
