Spinach Artichoke


I LOVE this recipe, it was so juicy, easy to follow directions and my family is obsessed with it!



Chicken Garlic Spinach Artichokes Cream Cheese Parmesan Mozzarella Seasonings Olive Oil

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and saute garlic. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

Add the artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.

Butterfly the chicken to make a pocket in the middle. Drizzle oil over and sprinkle with seasonings.

Scoop the spinach artichoke filling inside and bake for 25 minutes.

Can I use frozen spinach?

Yes! Just be sure the chopped spinach is thawed, drained, and squeezed dry first.
