Gluten Free Dough: Milk | Sugar Dry Yeast | GF Flour | Egg Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder | Butter Cinnamon Filling: Cinnamon | Brown Sugar Heavy Cream

Ingredients

First make the roux by heating milk, water and flour. This helps saturated the GF flour in the dough, making them extra fluffy!

Let's Make It!

In a stand mixer, combine all of your dry ingredients for the dough, milk, egg and melted butter. Beat for 5 minutes.

Flatten the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling on top. Roll it and cut it into 9 slices.

Cover and let rise for 30 minutes while the oven preheats. Bake for 30 minutes.

Combine the frosting and spread over the warm rolls. Enjoy the gooeyness immediately!

expert baking tips

– Use a stand mixer with paddle attachment for best results.  – If you forget to warm the eggs to room temperature, place the whole egg in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes.
