Chickpea flour Olive Oil Onions Pears Brie

Combine chickpea flour, water, and oil. Whisk until well mixed.

Let's Make It!

Heat additional olive oil to a nonstick pan and pour in batter. Cook for 2 minutes per side.

Make the caramelized onions and then spread some on the socca bread. Then layer on sliced pears and brie cheese.

Put the assembled pizza in the oven and cook until the cheese starts to bubble. Then remove and enjoy!

Do I Need A Pizza Stone?

If you don’t have a pizza stone, use a cast iron skillet, baking one pizza at a time. Although a baking sheet may be used, I find it softens the crust.
