Olive Oil Italian Sausage Marinara Lasagna Noodles Parmesan Spinach Ricotta Mozzarella Basil

Heat up oil in a large skillet and start cooking the sausage.

Let's Make It!

Add in the marinara sauce and bring to a boil. Add in the lasagna noodles, cover the pan, and reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove the cover and add in the spinach handfuls at a time. Then mix in the parmesan and ricotta cheese.

Top the skillet with the mozzarella cheese and immediately cover. Let sit until cheese is melted, then serve!

Can I Use Gluten-Free Pasta?

Yes, but gluten-free noodles also have a tendency to stick together more, so occasionally stir the sauce, breaking up noodle chunks. Since gluten free lasagna noodles tend to get mushy fast, cook them to just al dente.
