Caramel Chocolate Bark makes a quick & easy treat during the Christmas holiday season. Gooey caramel layered over rich dark chocolate and sprinkled with salty pecans is guaranteed to be gobbled up fast!
Ingredients needed:
Chocolate Chips
Caramels
Milk
Chopped Pecans
Sea Salt
Place two-thirds chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 15-30 sec bursts, until completely melted. Remove and add the remaining chocolate.
Stir the chocolate until it is all completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate on a lined baking sheet.
Place unwrapped caramels and milk in another microwave-safe bowl. Heat until mixture is hot throughout, but caramels are about 50% melted. Remove for microwave and stir until smooth
Drizzle caramel over chocolate layer. Immediately sprinkle with chopped pecans and drizzle with remaining chocolate
