Ingredients

Ranch Dressing Mix Parmesan Cheese Russet Potatoes Butter

Evenly divide ranch dressing mix, parmesan cheese, and salt between two gallon ziplock bags.

Let's Make It!

Cut up the potatoes into even wedges. Add to the bags of seasoning and shake to evenly coat.

Lay out the seasoned potato wedges evenly on a buttered baking sheet.

Bake until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Type of Potatoe

Typically I use russet potatoes with the skins on when making this recipe. However, red or gold potatoes would work as well.
