What is the best way to store peanut brittle?

Peanut brittle can last a couple months if stored properly. Place in a dry, air tight container at room temperature.

Can I substitute other nuts for the peanuts?

Any preferred nut will work, such as cashews, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, or mixed nuts. The nuts should measure 1 – 1 ½ cups total.
