Oats Unsalted Butter Brown Sugar Sugar Egg Vanilla Baking Soda Salt Chocolate Chips

Place oatmeal in a blender to make oat flour.

Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs, oat flour, and baking soda.

 Add chocolate chips, scoop onto cookie sheets to bake.
