Ingredients

Oatmeal (or Oat Flour) Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder Cold Butter Eggs Plain Yogurt Honey Oil

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then use a pastry blender to work in the chilled butter.

Let's Make It!

In a separate bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients. Then combine with the flour mixture, cover with plastic and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Use a measuring cup to evenly scoop out the dough and distribute it around a prepped baking sheet.

Bake the dough until the tops are slightly cracked and the bottoms are lightly browned.

Can I Make These Dairy Free?

Yes! For dairy-free oat flour biscuits, use plant-based yogurt or sour cream (the higher the fat count, the better) and dairy-free butter sticks. Reduce the salt to 1/4 teaspoon.
