Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin Ground Sage Garlic Powder Olive Oil Chicken Broth Balsamic Vinegar Pure Maple Syrup Soy Sauce Cornstarch

Cut the tenderloin in shorter sections to fit in the pot. Mix together the seasonings and rub on the pork.

Let's Make It!

Turn the Instant Pot on the saute function and warm the oil. Then cook until browned on each side.

Add the chicken broth to the Instant Pot and then add the pork back in. Cook under high pressure for 1 minute and then let pressure release for 10 mins.

Remove the pork, for the gravy mix the cornstarch with water and add to the pot to thicken.

Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the balsamic sauce.

Can I Use Frozen Pork Tenderloin?

Yes! If the pork is partially frozen, add 2 minutes to the cooking time. For completely frozen pork tenderloin, add 3 minutes to the cooking time.
