Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients Needed:

MEATLOAF: Ground Beef Eggs ∣ Ketchup ∣ Onion Quick Cooking Oats Worcestershire Sauce GLAZE: Ketchup ∣ Brown Sugar Garlic Powder ∣ Onion Power ∣ Apple Cider Vinegar POTATOES: Gold Potatoes | Butter Cream Cheese | Milk

Place water and potatoes in the bottom of the instant pot and place the wire rack on top

Let's Make It!

Combine and mix together all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl

Place the meatloaf in the instant pot and top with the glaze mixture. Seal and cook for 25 minutes.

Transfer the meatloaf out of the pot and drain the potatoes. Add the cream cheese, butter, and salt. Mash together.

Add the remaining glaze to the meatloafLet it rest 10-15 minutes before cutting it and serving.

Can I Make This Ahead Of Time?

Yes! Mix together the meatloaf ingredients and make a loaf and then store in an airtight ziplock bag in the freezer. If frozen, add 20 minutes of cook time with a 10 minute natural release when it's time to cook.
