Russet Potatoes Olive Oil Italian Seasoning Onion Salt Garlic Powder Parmesan Cheese

Prick each of the potatoes with a fork. Place the potatoes on the Instant Pot trivet.

Let's Make It!

Add the water to the Instant Pot, seal it and cook on High pressure for 12 minutes. Cooking time will adjust for larger or smaller potatoes.

Once the potatoes are cooked, place them on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and sprinkle on seasonings.

For crispy skins, broil for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!

Some Important Tips To Remember!

- Pour in cold water to start. Using warm or hot water could cause the potatoes to be overcooked. - Prick the potatoes 5-6 times to save skins from cracking or exploding potatoes.
