Honey Soy  Chicken Thighs

Instant Pot Chicken Thighs recipe is perfect for those busy weeknights when you need to come home and make something fast and easy! Throw the chicken in your pressure cooker. Dump the in sauce ingredients, and cook for 10 minutes.

Chicken Thighs Ketchup Honey Soy Sauce Fresh Ginger Rice Vinegar Garlic Cornstarch

In a small bowl, combine and whisk together all of the sauce ingredients

Let's Make It!

Add the chicken thighs to the instant pot, add the sauce mixture, then seal and cook for 10 minutes

Remove the thighs from the pot. Then slowly combine cornstarch and water with the sauce ingredients using Saute function.

Serve the chicken over rice or with a side of your choice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Can I use bone in chicken thighs?

Yes, bone in chicken thighs may be used. Buy about 1/2 pound more to account for the additional weight of the bone. You will need to add 2 minutes to the cooking time for bone in chicken thighs.
