Ingredients

Granulated Sugar Light Corn Syrup Salted Peanuts Butter Baking Soda

Combine the sugar, water, salt and corn syrup  in a saucepan and heat until it boils.

Let's Make It!

Cook for 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens and reaches a temperature 300ºF.

Remove from the heat and mix in the butter and baking soda. Pour out onto a greased baking sheet.

Allow the brittle to cool, then break apart into pieces before serving and enjoying!
