Small Red Potatoes Unsalted Butter Garlic Parmesan Cheese

Take a knife and cut 1/8" increments in each potato. To prevent slicing all the way through, place the potatoes on a wooden spoon.

Melt the butter and seasonings together in a small bowl. Then pour the butter over the potatoes.

Spread out the potatoes on a baking sheet and cook until tender. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese before serving.

What Are The Best Potatoes To Use?

This recipe uses a smaller potato, such as new, red, or baby potatoes, which helps reduce the baking time. However, any shape or sized potato may be used, but you may have to adjust the baking time.
