Olive Oil Italian Seasoning Garlic Zucchini or Squash Lemon Juice Grated Parmesan

Combine the Olive Oil and seasonings in a large ziplock bag and mix together to make the marinade.

Let's Make It!

Cut the zucchini into spears and add them to the bag with the marinade. Shake to evenly coat the spears, then allow to rest for 15 mins.

Grill the zucchini spears on medium heat until just charred. Remove from the grill and immediately add lemon juice and grated parmesan.

Can I Make This In The Oven?

Yes! Marinade the spears the same way, then lay them in an even layer on a baking sheet. Roast them in the oven, making sure to flip halfway. Once done, add the lemon juice and parmesan.
