Grilled Zucchini with Parmesan

Ingredients

Zucchini or Yellow Squash Olive Oil Italian Seasoning Garlic | Salt Lemon Juice Parmesan Cheese

Cut zucchini and squash into spears by chopping off the ends and slice long quarters vertically.

Let's Make It!

In a ziplock bag combine marinade ingredients. Shake to combine.

Add zucchini to the marinade and mix to combine. Set aside while you preheat grill and grate fresh parmesan.

Grill zucchini & remove to a sheet pan. Squeeze lemon juice over zucchini & sprinkle with fresh parmesan.

How long does it take to grill?

 Three minutes per side will give small size zucchini charred grill marks, but still crisp inside.
