Ingredients

Broccoli Cauliflower Olive Oil Sour Cream Heavy Cream Garlic Powder Grated Sharp Cheddar

Toss the broccoli and cauliflower in olive oil and seasonings. Then spread them out a baking sheet and bake until tender.

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl mix together the sour cream, heavy cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder and veggies. Then stir gently to combine.

Combine the mixture with the prepped veggies and top with shredded cheese. Then bake until the cheese is fully melted.

Can I Use Frozen Vegetables?

Thaw the veggies first and skip the initial roasting on a baking sheet with the olive oil. When mixing the veggies in cream sauce add the salt and pepper to the mixture as well, but leave out the olive oil.
