Ingredients

Gluten-Free Flour Psyllium Husk Powder Salt Baking Powder Oil

In a standing mixer, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then add in the oil and water and mix until a dough ball is formed.

Let's Make It!

Roll the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Allow to rest for a few minutes.

Divide into 6 balls. Roll out each ball into a thin disk. Use a knife to evenly round out the edges as needed.

Add the tortilla to a hot pan and cook for 45 secs. Flip and cook for 15 seconds more.

How Should I Store GF Tortillas?

Store at room temperature up to one day or in the refrigerator 3 days. They may also be frozen up to 3 months. Stack and wrap securely with plastic wrap before placing in a freezer bag.
