Ingredients

Begin heating oil with baking dish in the oven. In a large bowl whisk an egg and mix in the chicken

Let's Make It!

Combine the cornstarch and seasoning in a large bowl. Toss the chicken in this mixture

Take out the hot pan of oil out of the oven. Layer the chicken in it and bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Whisk the gluten free sweet and sour sauce ingredients together and pour over the partially baked chicken.
