Gluten-Free SCONES

These easy gluten-free scones are adaptable for a variety of flavors – blueberry, chocolate chip, apple cinnamon, or mixed berry. They are so tender and fluffy, it will be love at first bite!


Gluten-free flour Sugar Baking powder Butter Sour cream Egg yolk

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter until crumbly.

Add the berries or other mix-ins then stir in wet ingredients.

Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

Shape into a thick disc and cut into wedges.

Spread apart and bake for 16 minutes.
