GF Flour | Vanilla Extract Sugar | Eggs Baking Powder Unsalted Butter Blueberries Sour Cream Milk | Powdered Sugar

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then use a fork or pastry blender to blend in the butter.

Let's Make It!

In a separate small bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients. Stir in the berries or mix-ins. Then stir in the wet ingredients.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. While it's chilling, preheat the oven to 450°F.

Shape the into a thick disc and then cut into 8 triangles.

Transfer the triangles out on a baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes. Prepare the optional glaze, drizzle on and serve.

Can I Make These Ahead Of Time?

Yes! To bake the scones right before serving, shape the dough in triangles and freeze. When ready to enjoy, bake right from frozen!
