Ingredients

Rolled Oats Pumpkin Pie Spice Baking Powder Baking Soda Eggs | Pumpkin Puree Brown Sugar Milk | Vanilla Extract

First add in your oats to a blender and pulse until it's a fine powder. Then add in the other dry ingredients and pulse a few times to mix.

Let's Make It!

Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend together.

Evenly pour in the batter into a prepped muffin tin, sprinkle with sugar, if desired, and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

Can I substitue already made oat flour?

Yes, but you will need to add a little additional flour. Instead of using 1 1/2 cups oats ground into flour use 1 1/2 cups + 3 tablespoons oat flour.
