Ingredients

Gluten Free Flour Potato Starch Sugar | Eggs Instant Yeast Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder Pizza Sauce | Pepperoni Mozzarella Cheese Italian Seasoning

In a large bowl, combine all of the dough ingredients together until blended.

Let's Make It!

Press the dough on a baking sheet. Top with marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

Slowly roll the dough starting with the farthest long edge and roll towards you. Then roll up the bottom edge to meet it.

Slice through the log to make 12 rolls. Transfer them to a baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.

Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with additional pizza sauce.

Can I Freeze Leftovers?

Yes! Make sure they cool completely before storing. Wrap the cooled rolls individually in plastic wrap and transfer to a ziplock freezer bag. Freeze up to 2 months.
