Gluten-Free Pasta Salad

Since GF starches are different, using some simple tricks turns disappointing attempts into a success! Now you can make this gluten-free Italian pasta salad recipe taste just as good as a traditional version!

Ingredients

GF Pasta Canned Chickpea Artichoke Hearts  Fresh Mozzarella Salami | Kalamata Olives Grape Tomatoes Red Onion | Sun Dried Tomato | Dressing

Combine cooked pasta, chickpeas, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, salami, olives, tomatoes, onion, sun dried tomatoes, and parsley. Set aside.

Let's Make It!

In a pint-sized jar add all dressing ingredients. Shake vigorously to combine.

Pour dressing over pasta salad ingredients. Gently stir to combine. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours to let flavors marinate.

Set out 30-45 minutes before serving to take chill off and soften pasta.

Can this be dairy free?

Yes! Eliminate the fresh mozzarella & instead of Parmesan cheese in the dressing, use nutritional yeast.
