Cream Cheese Sugar Sour Cream Eggs Vanilla Extract Gluten-Free Oreos Heavy Cream Chocolate Chips

Blend together crushed Oreos and melted butter to create the pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes.

Let's Make It!

Beat the cream cheese filling together. Stir in chopped Oreos and spread in crust. Bake for 1 hour.

After the cheesecake has cooled completely and chilled, make the ganache topping by mixing together hot heavy cream and chocolate chips.

Spread the ganache over top. Top with whipped cream and additional Oreos.

How far in advance can I make this?

Make up to 3 days in advance. If it needs to be stored longer, I recommend freezing it.
