Orange Sauce Ingredients: Orange Juice | White Sugar Brown Sugar | Minced Ginger GF Rice Vinegar | GF Soy Sauce Garlic Cloves | Red Pepper Flakes Cornstarch | Orange Zest Chicken Ingredients: Chicken Breasts | Eggs Canola Oil | GF Flour

Combine all of the orange sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan and allow it to simmer before mixing in cornstarch and water to thicken.

Let's Make It!

Before breading the chicken, pour about 1-2 inches of oil in a deep skillet and heat to 350ºF.

For the chicken, whisk an egg in a large bowl and toss the chicken pieces in it. Then transfer those pieces to a bowl with the cornstarch mixture to coat.

Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil and transfer to a paper-towel lined baking sheet. Toss with the orange sauce and serve!
