Ingredients

Gluten-Free Oats Psyllium Husk Powder (optional) Baking Powder Baking Soda Plain Yogurt Milk Eggs Honey

Add the oats to a blender and blend until it's a fine, floury powder.

Let's Make It!

Add the rest of the ingredients (except the remaining oats) and blend together.

Add the remaining oats and pulse the blender a few times, making sure to leave most oats intact.

Add the batter to a bread pan and bake until golden brown along the top. Then serve and enjoy!

What does the psyllium husk do?

Since this is flourless bread, without gluten, the psyllium helps bind the crumb. It doesn't affect the taste, but helps so the slices don't fall apart while eating!
