In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients together and mix. Then cut each mozzarella sticks in half and lay out on a prepped baking sheet.
Let's Make It!
In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Then roll a mozzarella stick in the breading, coat in the egg, then roll in breading again and place back on the prepped baking sheet.
For an extra crispy shell, dip in egg, breading, egg, then breading again. You will have to add an extra egg and about a recipe plus half of breading mixture, but it’s pretty amazing!
