Ingredients

Unsweetened Applesauce Light Brown Sugar Oil | Honey Eggs | Oranges Vanilla Extract | Raisins Grated Carrots | Ginger Gated Apples | Pecans Shredded Coconut Baking Soda | Cinnamon

In a large bowl, combine the sugar and wet ingredients together.

Stir in the remaining ingredients until no flour pockets remain.

Evenly distribute the batter into muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes.

How Should I Store Leftovers?

Once they have completely cooled, store in an airtight container up to 2 days at room temperature. Do not store in the fridge, or they will dry out. Also, covering the muffins with plastic wrap will trap moisture and make the tops slightly wet. Loosely covering with foil is a better option.
