Lemon Bars

The best gluten-free lemon bars has a classic lemon squares taste made with an easy sweet and tangy recipe. A no fail, buttery gluten-free shortbread crust.

CRUST GF flour butter sugar LEMON FILLING sugar flour cream of tartar salt  eggs lemon zest & juice butter powdered sugar

Mix the crust ingredients together in a food processor. Press in pan and bake.

Whisk the filling ingredients together in a sauce pan. Cook until thickened.

Pour the filling over cooled crust. Chill and dust with powdered sugar.
