Ingredients

Butter Chocolate Chips Large Eggs Light Brown Sugar Granulated Sugar Vanilla Extract Gluten-Free Flour Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Baking Powder Gluten-Free Ice Cream

In a medium saucepan, melt together the butter and chocolate chips. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Once mixed, dollop the batter all over the prepped baking sheet and evenly spread it out.

Bake in the oven until a toothpick can come out clean. Allow to cool, then cut halfway down the middle. Once cooled, put the pan in the freezer.

Put the ice cream in a large bowl and then stir until it's uniformly softened.

Take the bars from the freezer and evenly spread out the ice cream, then top with the other half. Cut to appropriate sizes and enjoy!

Can I Make This Dairy-Free?

Yes! Replace the butter with vegan butter, use dairy-free chocolate chips, and then use any preferred dairy-free and gluten-free ice cream brand.
