Let's Make It!

In a standing mixer, mix together the dry ingredients. Then slowly add in the yeast mixture.

Evenly proportion the dough out and roll it into dough balls.

Roll out the dough balls to form evenly sized dough logs. Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake.

Enjoy the softest gluten-free hot dog bun you have ever had!

Can I Make These Ahead of Time?

Gluten-free baked goods lose moisture quickly, so I recommend serving the day they are made. To make ahead of time, cool the buns completely then wrap in plastic wrap and transfer to a ziplock freezer bag. Freeze up to 2 months.
