Gluten-Free Halloween Cookies

These highly addictive gluten-free Halloween cookies combine Reese’s peanut butter cups and rice krispies for a cute treat all can enjoy!?

Ingredients

Corn Syrup Light Brown Sugar Creamy Peanut Butter Vanilla Extract GF Rice Cereal Peanut Butter Cups (GF) Chocolate Chips Candy Eyeballs

Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Then mix in peanut butter, vanilla and rice cereal

Let's Make It!

Scoop out the cookie mixture and immediately place a peanut butter cup on top

Melt the chocolate chips and use a toothpick to paint on the spider legs

Next use the toothpick and melted chocolate to dot where the eyes will go before sticking the eyes on

Dot the candied eyes on the cups and then serve and enjoy!

Can I Freeze These Cookies?

Yes! Assemble the cookies up to adding the peanut butter cup, then freeze in a plastic bag for up to 3 weeks. A few days before serving, bring them out and add the chocolate dressings.
