Ingredients

Gluten Free Flour Ricotta Cheese Egg Olive Oil Parmesan

Whisk together the egg, ricotta, oil, and parmesan. Stir in GF flour.

Let's Make It!

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a ball.

Cut it into four equal sections.

Shape each section into a long rope and then slice into 1/2" pieces.

Add gnocchi to boiling water and cook for 30-45 seconds. Remove with slotted spoon and toss with sauce.

Can I freeze gluten free gnocchi?

After being cut, the gnocchi may be frozen on baking sheets and then transferred to a ziplock freezer bag once solid. Freeze up to 3 months.
