Ingredients

Buttermilk Vidalia Onions Gluten Free Flour Seasoned Salt Vegetable Oil

In a large bowl, combine the milk and thinly sliced onions and let sit. Remove with a strainer and place on a paper towel lined sheet

Let's Make It!

Combine the gluten free flour and seasonings in a ziplock bag. Then add in the soaked onions and shake to coat evenly

In a deep skillet, heat oil to 350℉. Add the coated onions in a few batches. Stir to prevent them sticking together

Remove the onions and place on a paper towel lined baking sheet to soak up excess grease. Then serve and enjoy!

How Should I Store Leftovers?

These fried onions will stay good for 2-3 days in an airtight container. Do not refrigerate or else they'll get soggy. To reheat, bake them at 350℉ until crisp.
