Gluten Free Flour Potato Starch Psyllium Husk Powder Instant Rapid Rise Yeast Baking Powder Apple Cider Vinegar Eggs Honey

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Once combined, mix in all of the wet ingredients. Beat for 5 minutes.

Let's Make It!

Divide the dough in half. Shape each half into flat log. Fold up sides and flip over to make a rounded baguette shape.

Slash along the top of each log. Cover and let rise in a warm place.

Remove the plastic from the and bake. Halfway through, loosely tent with  foil and finish baking.

Transfer to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving!

How Should I Store Leftovers?

Gluten-free breads lose moisture quickly, so I recommend serving the day they are made. To make ahead of time, cool the bread completely then wrap in plastic wrap and transfer to a ziplock freezer bag or a double wrapping of foil. Freeze up to 2 months.
