Ingredients Needed:

Gluten-Free Flour Milk or non-dairy milk Instant Rise Yeast Sugar Baking Powder Salt Water Olive Oil

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix on high speed for 5 minutes.

Spread the dough in a skillet or round pan. Let rise for 30 minutes while oven preheats.

Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with kosher salt and rosemary, if desired. Bake until golden.
