Ingredients

TACOS: Tilapia | Olive Oil Lime | Paprika Oregano | Chili Powder Cumin | Garlic Powder Cayenne Powder | Honey SLAW: Apple Cider Vinegar Coleslaw | Cilantro

Add olive oil and the seasonings to a large bag. Add the fish and shake to evenly coat the fish.

Let's Make It!

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the slaw dressing.

In a large bowl, combine the slaw and cilantro. Then pour over the slaw dressing and mix to combine.

Lay the seasoned fish on a prepped baking sheet and bake in the oven at 425°F for 10-15 minutes.

While the fish bakes, make the sriracha sauce. Once the fish is done, serve immediately on warmed tortillas with slaw and taco sauce.

Can I Make This Ahead of Time?

The slaw, taco sauce, and fish seasoning marinade may all be prepared ahead of time. However, I advise not letting the fish sit in the marinade more than 30 minutes because the lime’s acidity will start to “cook” the fish and break it down.
