Ingredients

GF Flour Milk Potato Starch Granulated Sugar Psyllium Husk Powder Instant Rise Yeast Baking Powder Egg Melted Butter

Whisk together a small amount of GF flour, water, and milk to make a roux. This helps the GF starches absorb more moisture.

Let's Make It!

In a large mixing bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then add in wet ingredients and roux.

Evenly take out the dough and roll it into balls. Place in a grease baking dish.

Cover and let rise. Brush with the melted salted butter.

Bake the dough until the tops are golden browned. Brush with more butter and serve.

How To Know When They're Done Baking?

An instant read thermometer is helpful for measuring the correct temp of the milk to activate yeast and take out the guesswork of when the rolls are done. The interior should ready 195-200ºF when ready to be pulled from the oven.
