Ingredients

Cornmeal Gluten Free Flour Sugar Baking Powder Baking Soda Eggs | Milk Butter

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Make a well in the middle of the dry mixture and add in the eggs and milk.

Stir in the melted butter. Let the mixture to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. This makes the bread extra fluffy.

Pour the mixture into a prepped cast iron pan and bake in the oven until a toothpick comes out clean.

Can I make this dairy-free?

Yes. Use dairy-free butter and non-dairy milk of your choice.
