Ingredients

Gluten-Free Flour Corn Meal Sugar | Eggs Baking powder and soda Butter Milk  Salt

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Make well and add egg.

Let's Make It!

Combine wet ingredients and stir in butter.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place batter in muffin pan.

Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Baking Tip!

Let batter rest for 5-10 mins before baking so baking powder can activate, rise, & hydrate  starches.
