Cornmeal Gluten Free Flour Granulated Sugar Baking Powder Baking Soda Eggs Milk Butter

In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients together until well combined.

Let's Make It!

Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, and add in the milk, egg, and butter. Mix well.

Pour the batter into a prepped muffin pan and cook until a toothpick comes out clean. Then serve and enjoy!

Can I Make These Dairy Free?

Yes! To make dairy-free gluten-free corn muffins substitute a non-dairy milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk, and use dairy-free butter. Alternatively, replace the butter with an equal amount of vegetable oil or coconut oil.
