In a large pot, melt the butter. Then add in the chopped celery, carrots and garlic and cook.

Add the chicken and seasonings into the large pot. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink.

Add the GF flour and stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Gradually pour in the broth and bring to boil. Add pasta and cook for 6 minutes, then stir in evaporated milk.

What is the best way to store?

If you don't think you will eat the entire soup recipe at once, it's best to boil the noodles separately and add when ready to serve. As the soup is stored, the noodles really soak up the broth, considerably thickening the soup.
